Change size

Ricci Shop gives you the ability, from the orders received from Italy, if the item received is not in accordance to the size you want to make a totally free change. Ricci Shop you recognize the possibility of an exchange of goods exclusively for reasons of size, so it is not permissible to replace the product with another product. For the first change, Ricci Shop will notify to SDA to withdraw the goods at your address completely at our expense. The first change will be totally free for you.
For the next size changes, instead you will need to commit yourself, at your expense, to deliver the goods no longer required to our address.

1. METHOD

• Send within 10 working days from delivery of the goods, a written notice pointing out the intention to change size by e-mail at resi@riccishop.it or directly from our contact form. Such notification must include the new size you wish to receive a replacement. We encourage you to check our website for availability (updated in real time) the new size you wish to receive.
• For the first exchange, carefully prepare the package and wait for the passage of the courier at your address. 
  For the next size changes, instead you will need to commit yourself, at your expense, to deliver the goods no longer required to our address:

In the latter case the shipment will be under the sole responsibility until the arrival in our warehouse. Ricci Shop is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Do not under any circumstances be withdrawn parcels cash or COD.

2. WHEN DECADE THE CHANGE SIZE

• For partial use of the product or in the absence of its components (tags, accessories, labels and seals)
• For damage to the product (adhesive tape, staples, etc ...)
• In the absence of the outer packaging and the original packaging

In such cases, Ricci Shop will return the item to the sender and charge the same shipping costs.

3. SEND NEW SIZE IN EXCHANGE

Once you have received the goods and verified integrity, we will immediately send the new item requested in return, at the expense of Ricci Shop.
